Developing your practice as an independent trainer or facilitator takes time, energy and deliberate action, but it’s often hard to know where your time and energy is best spent. So, instead of making clear deliberate progress, you get stuck doing a little bit of everything and wondering why nothing changes. There’s no denying you’re doing all-of-the-things, it’s just that none of them seem to push your business forward or create the growth you’re looking for.
That’s why I designed the Full Circle Facilitator Retreat.
It's a 3 ½ day live-in experience for facilitators who want to work on themselves, work on their craft,
and work on their business.
It’s an opportunity to take time out from
the busy-ness, so you can get clear about where you’re headed and how you’re goingto get there.
In this 3 ½ day experience, you will:
Get clear about what a great life looks like, so you can design a business to support that vision. Success looks different for different people.
Work out what’s getting in the way of growth, so you can tackle it head on. Your growth sticking points are often not what you think they are.
Spend time exploring different stages of growing a successful practice, so you know where to put your focus at every stage.
Discover simple strategies that will accelerate your business growth and get you closer to your intended goal.
Create a 12-Month and 90-Day Action Plan, so you have a road-map for
getting where you want to go.
Make no mistake, growing your business is not just about sales and marketing. It’s about knowing your why, challenging your beliefs, and developing your craft. This retreat is for experienced trainers and facilitators who are already designing—and delivering—group sessions and want to extend their practice.
